    Q: One of the main problems I have been experiencing with my current processor is the amount of system downtime. Do ePS incur similar problems with it’s servers?
    A: No. We have 3 servers in place, down time for only one of these servers for previous twelve months was 20 minutes in total. Therefore, we consider that the servers are of the quality that should continue to have very little, if any server down time.
