A: ePayment Solutions works with many international banks.
Q: What Credit Cards do ePayment Solutions Process?
A: Credit Cards VISA, MasterCard.
Q: What is the average authorization speed for a transaction to be
processed?
A: Real-Time. Between 4 and 6 seconds Real-Time. Merchants using
the advanced fraud screen will have a slightly longer delay due to more
checks being run.
Q: How long will it be before funds will arrive in my bank account?
A: You receive your first settlement One Month after you begin trading
and then weekly after that.
Q: When a transaction is approved, does the credit card information
and authorization come to ePayment Solutions before it comes to the
Merchant?
A: Yes, as ePayment Solutions are acting as the Gateway, all data will
go from the customer to ePayment Solutions, then it will be passed to
the bank. The bank will then pass the authorization information back
to ePayment Solutions and we will then pass information to the Merchant.
Q: If I have a Merchant account with ePayment Solutions, will my
customer see ePayment Solutions in any instance?
A: The charge which will appear on your customer’s bill and receipt
will have the name that you (the Merchant) have advised ePayments of
at set up (i.e. Your Company or Advice Name).
Q: Can I set up multiple pricing structures with an ePayment Merchant
account?
A: Yes, you are in complete control of the transaction prices.
Q: Can I view completed transactions, if so, how?
A: Yes, all transactions can be viewed in real time. Reports are available
online.
Q: If a customer requests a refund, how do I process this through
ePayments?
A: Go online with transaction reference and information, the refund
can then be processed immediately.
Q: Can I void a transaction?
A: No. The transaction must be refunded or reversed.
Q: Can I give a partial refund on a credit card transaction?
A: No. The full amount of the transaction must be refunded.
